We are looking for a skilled and proactive Robotic Process automation consultant/developer to support and evaluate existing solution of RPA. You will collaborate with users and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions. Key responsibilities include managing incidents, development new bots, supporting testing, and contributing to rollouts or minor projects.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with following technology :

• Phyton and REST API
• XML path (XPath)
• Database (RDBS), SQL JSON notation
• GiT repository

a willingness to grow technical and business knowledge are highly valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Incident Management and Troubleshooting

• Maintaining existing robots and possibly introducing changes due to changing requirements or optimization aspects

Configuration, Enhancements, and RFCs

• Design and implementation in the field of automation of financial and accounting processes

Compliance and SOx Adherence

• Maintain SOx-compliant records for all system changes.

Business Process Support and Collaboration

• Collaborate with users, technical teams, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Procurement ) to ensure seamless integration.

Testing and Documentation

• Write and execute test cases (unit, integration, UAT) and create functional specifications and user documentation.
• SOX Compliant is key.

Knowledge Development

• Continuously grow technical knowledge and business understanding of SD and adjacent modules.

Multi-tasking, Prioritization, Project Support

• Manage multiple incidents, RFCs, and tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines with prioritization guidance.
• Contribute to SAP rollouts, template enhancements, and minor sub-projects, ensuring deliverables meet business and compliance standards.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience in the field of process automation
• Knowledge of Python and REST API
• Knowledge of XML Path (XPath)
• Knowledge of the language of relational SQL databases and JSON notation
• Experience in working with the use of the GiT repository
• The ability to analyze or map processes, the ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations
• Ability to quickly identify and solve problems
• The ability to translate your business needs into an automated solution
• Interest in continuous learning about new technologies
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Professional communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and the RPA team
• Takes ownership of assigned tickets, tasks, and deliverables.
• Understands the importance of business impact and service level expectations.
• Experience in writing and executing unit and integration test cases; supporting business in UAT.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (Ms Excel, Ms Outlook)
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Microsoft Graph,
• Skills related to automation using Selenium WebDriver
• Windows environment and Jenkins server administration skills
• Work experience with the SCRUM / Agile approach

Experience

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience working as an RPA Developer Consultant or in a similar role

Mandatory skills

Python Automation/ MSSQL Database / Selenium, VBA, Front-end (React) , REST API
