Business Analyst Roles Responsibilities :

Conduct detailed process analysis including process mapping gap analysis and ROI calculation to evaluate automation opportunities.

Understand business requirements and challenges and translate them into RPA solution requirements.

Create Process Definition Documents AS IS process designs and test scenarios.

Coordinate with clients during discovery requirement gathering UAT and production deployment phases.

Collaborate with developers during testing and document test results Provide training to business users on newly automated processes and support change management activities.

Prepare and facilitate required sign offs .

Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree

Experience Skillsets 3 to 10 Years

IT experience 5+ years of proven experience as an RPA Business Analyst .Strong knowledge of RPA tools especially UiPath added advantage .

Excellent client communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders .

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities UiPath Business Analyst Certification is a plus Experience working with JIRA Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Exposure in hospitality domain will be added advantage.
