A Deburr Specialist shall be able to complete a variety of complex bench machining and deburring assignments, able to work independently with minimal technical instruction. Some blueprint reading skills and extensive knowledge of deburr best practices is required.
1.Capable of completing deburr assignments when given the following:
*Work order * Standard Work Plans * Parts List * Blueprints * Detail parts * PCM’s.
2. Capable of independently setting up and completing a wide range of complex deburr processes:
*Salvaging parts * Blending out cutter transitions *Edge breaks
* Blending to close tolerance finish dimension.
3. Capable of independently using a wide range of deburr tools
*90 Degree Angle Grinders * Pencil Guns/Rout-a-Burr * Cartridge Rolls * Files/Scotch Brite/Buffing Wheels.
4. Capable of using dial calipers and micrometers.
5. Capable of completing necessary manufacturing paperwork.
6. Maintain organized work area.
7. Must regularly maintain good attendance per policy each attendance year
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate of completion
Minimum of 1 years' experience with precision machined parts
