Description
Royal Manufacturing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this hands-on role, you will help manufacture high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases used in homes across the country.

What You'll Do
- Assist in the production of acrylic bathtubs and shower bases
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Follow established safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or construction is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work second shift from 2:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Experience using hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift at minimum 50 pounds repetitively
- Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Language Requirements
- English is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
