About the role

Due to continued growth and several exciting projects, we are currently looking to expand our Change function within RLAM and will be recruiting for Project Managers to join on a permanent basis in London. As a Project Manager, you will lead on the delivery of change projects which support the achievement of the Group strategy and continuously improve our service to clients. We are particularly interested to speak with candidates who have either knowledge of the Irish market and regulations as well as experience in delivering ETF change related projects or establishing fund Management Committees. Alternatively, experience within Front Office projects such as, Private Assets, property, illiquid assets would be of high interest. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where you will have responsibility for leading and managing projects on behalf of one or more business functions. About the role Planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects. Developing and leading cross functional change teams which may include both task and line/people management, establishing an environment of trust and empowerment. Developing and agreeing budgets for projects, controlling forecasts and actual costs against these. Identifying and monitoring project risks, planning and implementing responses to these and responding to other issues that may affect projects and portfolios. Developing, maintaining, and applying quality management processes for project activities and outputs Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
