About the role

As an Officer in the Royal Air Force, you'll be leading a highly trained team of technical specialists. Responsible for maintaining, testing and upgrading complex electronics and communication systems, you'll ensure our aircraft, facilities and personnel stay connected and in sync, whatever the operational environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and rectifying faults in a wide range of electronic and communication systems - Implementing modifications, upgrades and improvements to systems and equipment - Training and managing teams of Technicians - Providing technical advice and support to operational personnel - Ensuring equipment and facilities meet safety and regulatory standards
