Job Summary
The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic, hands-on talent partner responsible for sourcing, pipeline development, and full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles. This role is heavily focused on proactive candidate outreach, relationship building, and market mapping, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. As one of the first points of contact for prospective employees, this individual will act as a key representative of the company’s employer brand and must be a highly effective, professional communicator.
Role and Responsibilities
Core Recruiting & Sourcing
- Owns full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles, managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously across varying job functions and levels.
- Proactively sources, engages, and builds pipelines of qualified passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Develops and maintains strong, warm talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill and support rapid hiring needs.
- Partners closely with hiring managers to understand evolving skill requirements, hiring urgency, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- Serves as a high-touch point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent, transparent, and timely communication.
- Delivers phone screens and interviews that create a strong first impression of the organization.
- Coaches hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and competitive hiring strategies.
Process & Execution
- Manages job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer processes, and pre-hire activities with accuracy and urgency.
- Maintains accurate documentation, notes, and pipeline data within the ATS (UKG Ready).
- Balances competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Facilitates weekly New Employee Orientation and ensures completion of all pre-employment and onboarding documentation.
- Monitors I-9 compliance and expiring documentation for existing employees.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and filling hard-to-fill, niche, or high-volume roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse job families simultaneously.
- Exceptionally strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; confident engaging candidates at all career levels.
- Skilled at building rapport quickly and serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for the organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to shift priorities as business needs evolve.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools; familiarity with UKG Ready preferred.
- Experience in the HOA Property Management industry preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Skills
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
