About the Department
The Women's Head Flag Football Coach is responsible for all phases of building and maintaining a successful women's intercollegiate golf program. This includes the preparation of the team for competition, monitoring the academic progress and success of the student athletes, and recruiting quality student athletes to participate in the program. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Position Duties
- Recruitment of potential student-athletes
- Practice preparation
- In and out of season training
- Game/match day management
- Retention of quality student-athletes
- Ensures the success and safety of student athletes on and off the field
- Monitors team members' academic progress and performance and makes referrals to the appropriate College departments to enhance students' academic success.
- Assists with all facets of athlete eligibility certification
- Responsible for the safe transportation of team members to and from away contests
- Adheres to all NJCAA, Region 19, RCSJ, and Athletic Department rules and regulations
- Responsible for fundraising and development of alumni and community relations
- Possesses the ability to be a team player within the Athletics Department and the College
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Past playing and/or coaching experience in the sport of flag football is required.
- Associate degree required
- Valid driver's license, which is currently in good standing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess the ability to work well and communicate effectively with prospective and current students, staff, faculty, administration, colleagues, and community partners
