Job Title: Routing and Rates Analyst – Voice Department
Jigsawtel is a global telecommunications company with offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Romania, Thailand. We specialize in Telecom wholesale and Value Added Services, Selling Premium Voice and SMS numbers globally.
We are looking for an outgoing, ambitious, and energetic new colleague to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
Routing
• Routing for all destinations worldwide
• Build the weekly push list/target list.
• Overseeing the flow of incoming Voice traffic and optimizing routing to enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Holding weekly meetings with the team members, in order to resolve any
ongoing issues and to improve the workflow within the Departments.
• Implementing new procedures as well as updating the existing ones
• Collaborating closely with our routing/rating platform provider, to enhance our day-to-day operations by incorporating new features and refining existing functionalities;
• Presenting new business opportunities to other departments, in order to increase the revenue and profit for the company;
• Generating various reports and identifying opportunities to enhance cost efficiency;
• Examining patterns in incoming traffic to discover opportunities for maximizing profits and working closely with the sales team to investigate and execute new avenues for traffic;
• When needed, maintaining strong business relationship with all Jigsaw's
suppliers
Rates
· Review A-Z rates and make sure the rates are updated with the market changes
· When needed, update the official rates sheets to the customers
· Insert all new rates from all the suppliers
Main qualities
· Being proactive, identifying problems and providing solutions, identifying new opportunities that can help to achieve goals.
· Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
· Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
· Good Telecommunications network understanding
Must have
· 1+ years of progressive experience in routing & rates within a Telecommunication Company
· Fluent English in speaking, reading, writing.
