Lead Frontend Engineer

As a key member of our dedicated task force, you will play a crucial role in unifying our UI by fully utilizing our shared design system library. You will: Independently execute against the product roadmap, driving innovation and contributing to product strategy and frontend architecture. Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless development. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to maintain UI consistency across applications. Develop scalable, maintainable frontend codebases using modern technologies. Lead component development, migrations, and ensure the quality of the user experience. Participate in and mentor others through code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with frontend technologies, with deep expertise in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
