Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Roto Gravure Printing Operator. The responsibilities include operating and maintaining roto gravure printing machines to ensure consistent product quality, overseeing the print production process, and addressing any technical issues promptly. The operator will be responsible for machine setup, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to production schedules. Collaboration with team members to optimize efficiency and maintain safety standards will be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Printer Support and Printing operations
- Experience in Print Production workflows, including setup, operation, and quality control
- Knowledge of Bindery processes and finishing techniques
- Understanding of Inkjet operations and related adjustments
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures
- Prior experience in the packaging or printing industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in printing operations are a plus
