About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified educator to join our Mathematics Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instruction of AP level Mathematics courses, which may include one or more of the following: AP Calculus, AP Statistics, as well as non-AP Mathematics courses in Middle and/or High School. The Mathematics teacher will provide high-quality and high-level instruction, challenge students to meet and surpass College Board standards, ensure sufficient mastery and development of sound mathematical practices, and implement instructional practices aligned with the school’s mission.

About the company

Rose and Alex Pilibos Armenian School is a K-12 Armenian school in the neighborhood of Little Armenia in Los Angeles, California. It was founded by Alex and Rose Pilibos in 1969. History and religion classes are taught in the Armenian language, and the rest of the classes are taught in English. The school is part of St. Garabed Armenian Apostolic Church.
