Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supervising, developing, assisting, and educating survey agents and backups.
Maintain production and quality minimums for the team overall. Provide feedback and motivation to agents, tracking daily stats and successes. Manager quality reviews, time, and bonuses for team members. Communicate effectively with management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Leadership and Direction to the Care Center
- Provide Service and Assistance to the Survey Agents, Survey/Resolutions Managers, and customers.
- Resolve escalated service issues.
- Track Daily Stats of Agents and ensure their success.
- Manage agent’s time, reviews, and bonuses.
- Provide Feedback, Knowledge, and Appreciation to Agents in real time.
- Perform performance reviews and disciplinary actions for staff.
Employment Standards:
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant care center experience.
- Must currently be at least a Grade 5 level.
- Must be a dedicated team leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous supervisor experience a plus
Essential Requirements
- The ability to be flexible as needed given this role as schedules may alter based on department needs.
- Attendance that meets or exceeds current standards. A working knowledge of excel reporting.
- Salary to be determined based on experience.
