Job Location - Delhi (Candidates living in Delhi NCR will only be preferred)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for Rooms Division Faculty at IIHM. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering quality education in the field of Rooms Division Management, including conducting lectures, hands-on practical training, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include preparing curricula and lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and staying updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices into teaching. The candidate will also contribute to academic growth through research, workshops, and professional development activities and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and enhance the institute's high educational standards.
Requirements
- Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 07 Years to 15 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
- Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.
- Salary as per the Industry standards, your own personality & knowledge
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Rooms Division operations, including Front Office Management, Housekeeping, and Hospitality Automation.
- Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and training hospitality management students.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of students effectively.
- Strong organizational, research, and academic writing skills for designing and updating course content.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred).
- 5+ years of professional or teaching experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations.
- Proficiency in leveraging industry-standard technology and tools for Rooms Division Management is a plus.
- International exposure or experience in global hotel chains would be highly advantageous.
