Role Description The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas at Planet Hollywood Thane City. This full-time, on-site role in Thane includes tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all room features are functioning properly. The Room Attendant will handle laundry-related duties as needed, including collecting, sorting, and delivering linens and towels. The role involves responding promptly to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following housekeeping procedures and health and safety standards. Room Attendants work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to support a high level of guest satisfaction and a smooth daily operation.
Qualifications
- Strong housekeeping skills, including the ability to clean rooms efficiently and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Experience or familiarity with housekeeping operations, including handling linens, chemicals and guest laundry with care.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of hospitality or hotel operations; prior experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping is an advantage.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
