Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Room Attendant position located in Mashel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Your daily duties will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and responding to guest requests promptly. You will ensure that rooms are prepared to the highest standards and comply with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and service excellence while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, bed-making, and maintaining the overall tidiness of guest areas.
- Attention to detail and the ability to uphold high cleanliness and quality standards.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete tasks within assigned timelines.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role, preferably in hospitality, is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations in a professional setting.
