Role Description
The Room Attendant – Housekeeping is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing supplies, attending to laundry requests, and addressing guest needs promptly to ensure a positive experience. Collaboration with other housekeeping staff and adherence to hotel policies and standards are critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms and maintaining guest areas
- Experience in laundry services and handling guest linen with care
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage professionally with guests
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
