About Us
Virupaksha Controls and Automation Private Limited is a fast-growing solar EPC company specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Industrial, Institutional, and Residential solar power projects across South India.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct technical site surveys for rooftop solar projects.
- Prepare system layouts, SLDs, and BOQs.
- Coordinate project execution from start to commissioning.
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support CEIG, TANGEDCO/TNEB, and statutory approval documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
- 2–5 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC projects.
- Good understanding of PV system design, string sizing, and inverter selection.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu for project execution.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with C&I solar projects.
- Knowledge of CEIG, TANGEDCO, and net-metering procedures.
- Experience in commissioning hybrid and on-grid solar systems.
