Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Romanian Translator, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with possibilities for remote work. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating documents, digital content, and other materials from English to Romanian and vice versa. Additional responsibilities include reviewing existing translations for accuracy, collaborating with teams to maintain linguistic consistency, and ensuring cultural relevance. The role may also involve contributing to quality assurance processes and enhancing translation workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Romanian and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in translation, localization, and language adaptation for diverse content types.
- Strong ability to review and proofread translated materials for grammatical and contextual accuracy.
- Research skills to ensure accurate terminology and contextual relevance.
- Familiarity with translation tools, software, and general linguistic technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in AI-driven translation tools and processes is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Romanian, Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related fields preferred.
