Join us on our Engineering and Technology programme, and you'll develop your own understanding of the opportunities within our business before you specialise in an area of expertise. On our graduate programmes, you'll complete rotational 'gigs', gathering experiences across Rolls-Royce. Learning, sharing, exploring and growing, you'll get the chance to work on live projects across our engineering, digital and business functions, as well as build your professional network, and gain a wide variety of skills. Our internships provide a fantastic insight into life and work at Rolls-Royce. We also offer 6-month internships, if this fits better with your university course requirements.
