Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rolling Mill Foreman at our facility in Patna. The Rolling Mill Foreman will oversee the daily operations of the rolling mill, manage workflow, ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations, and lead a team of workers to achieve production goals. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring the optimal functioning of Rolling Machine. The Foreman will also maintain clear communication with team members and facilitate effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and oversee daily operations
- 5+ Hands-on experience with Rolling Machine operation and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and management
- Knowledge or experience with Maintenance and Equipment troubleshooting
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or rolling mill operations
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in carpentry and material handling is an added advantage
