- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as SAP Successfactors, software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, x-ray search and employee referrals.
- Strong network within the Hrtech consulting industry.
