  • Demonstrated ability and Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
     
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in end to end Tech Recruitment.
     
  • Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
     
  • Proven track record in engaging and handling senior partners and acting as a "Talent Advisor" and Ability to advise, influence, and handle a range of partners.
     
  • Solid understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the tech industry
     
  • Candidate Engagement
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
     

"Nice to Have" Skills and Experience 

 

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as SAP Successfactors, software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
     
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, x-ray search and employee referrals.
     
  • Strong network within the Hrtech consulting industry.
