Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
 Interpret financial information for management on a monthly and quarterly basis while
recommending further courses of action.
 Lead, review, delegate & manage the accounting and finance process and ensure all
compliances across RA’s Entities are met.
 Analyse costs, pricing, gross margin contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual
performance compared to business plans.
 Oversee cash flow management and working capital requirements to optimize financial
resources.
 Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including budget forecasts,
variance analyses, and regulatory submissions.
Requirements:
 About 5 years of experience in Finance.
 Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
 Strong people management skills: this position will lead a team of 4.
 Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including consolidation and taxation.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
