About the role

Job Scope: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to lead the implementation and
support of our time tracking and attendance management solutions. The ideal candidate will
have deep expertise in SaaS-based time tracking and workforce management systems and a
proven ability to deliver complex time & attendance solutions across industries. This role
involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, configure the product
accordingly, and ensure seamless integration and deployment while maintaining compliance
with labour regulations.


Responsibilities:
 Pre-Workshop Analysis & Preparedness
o Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs related to time tracking, attendance
management, shift management, and overtime policies
o Prepare detailed reports and ensure alignment with the client’s objectives before
conducting workshops

 Workshop Facilitation & Requirement Gathering
o Lead client workshops to gather requirements related to workforce scheduling,
time tracking, and attendance management
o Convert client requirements into clear functional specifications that align with the
capabilities of the product
 Solution Customization & Configuration
o Configure the product to meet specific client needs, including setting up custom
time models, shift patterns, and attendance policies
o Ensure accurate integration with payroll systems, attendance devices, and other
HR modules, such as leave and absence management

 Implementation, Integration & Validation
o Lead the integration of the product with existing systems, ensuring data flows
accurately between the time tracking solution, payroll systems, and other relevant
platforms
o Oversee testing processes and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any
issues that arise to ensure successful implementation

 Compliance & Regulatory Support:
o Ensure the time and attendance solution complies with local and international
labour laws and contractual agreements especially concerning overtime, shift
differentials, and break time regulations
o Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to validate that the solution meets
regional timekeeping regulations
 Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support:
o Manage the go-live process, ensuring the system is fully functional and addresses
all client needs during its first days of use
o Provide post-implementation hyper care support, troubleshooting issues, and
optimizing the system for performance improvements
o Prepare comprehensive user guides, technical documentation, and training
materials to support end-users and administrators

Job Requirements:
 Minimum 4 years of experience with SaaS-based time tracking or attendance
management solutions, with a proven track record in leading complex implementations.
 Strong knowledge of time and attendance systems, including time tracking, shift
scheduling, and overtime calculations.
 Proven ability to lead workshops, gather client requirements, and deliver customized
solutions.
 Expertise in integrating time and attendance solutions with payroll and HR systems.
 Strong understanding of compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements for
time tracking.
 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and high-
quality results.
 Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
