What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in teaching or professional training, with a genuine passion for helping others grow
• Exceptional English — spoken and written, non-negotiable
• Deep empathy and outstanding communication skills
• Someone who loves learning, reading, and researching — you could easily be a consultant
• Strong analytical thinking that shows up clearly in your writing
• Remote work is important and preferably non-negotiable for you
• We especially welcome professionals from smaller towns
• Finds traditional institutional environments limiting and thrives with creative freedom

Background

• Open to all disciplines — past educators who excelled here came from English and Soft Skills training backgrounds
• Freshers need not apply — a minimum of 5 years of successful professional experience is mandatory

What the Role Involves

• Facilitating 5 live sessions per week for our upskilling programs
• Supporting learners in achieving their goals and managing their learning outcomes
• Managing the NPS of the course allocated to you
• Guiding students on landing international clients, remote roles, and career advancement
• Contributing ideas, content, and fresh pedagogy to continuously improve our courses

Skills & Credentials

• Background in English teaching, language training, education, or writing preferred
• Certification in teaching or education is an added advantage
• Comfortable using time-tracking tools
• Ability to design engaging and effective learning experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month + performance-based incentives
