Role Description The Roldster is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, focused on supporting staffing and workforce solutions for Rolds’ clients. In this position, you will source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements and program guidelines. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking and VMS tools. You will collaborate closely with account managers, MSP contacts, and internal stakeholders to support timely submissions, resolve issues, and uphold compliance standards. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, participating in status calls or meetings, and representing Rolds’ values through professional, consistent communication with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition or staffing, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for diverse roles.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS or contingent workforce programs, including basic understanding of compliance, SLAs, and submission processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems, VMS tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY, collaborate effectively with a team, and operate with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Prior experience supporting IT, healthcare IT, business operations, or administrative roles is beneficial.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
