Our sales team is looking for Key Account Manager with a customer commercial focus and experience in warehouse management. In this role, you will promote Roima’s portfolio, which is top tier in the Finnish and European logistics, wholesale and manufacturing scene. You will join a hard-working and experienced team.


Roima’s sales team is located in Finland and Sweden, and you can be based in our offices in Finland: Helsinki, Tampere, Turku or Seinäjoki.


Key responsibilities:

  • Generate sales to new customers and increase the share-of wallet with Roima’s existing customers
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by leading the Key Account teams
  • Work in tight collaboration with our customers, development teams and other units
  • Build professional and credible customer relationships that add value and lead to long-term profitable relations and expansion of the business


We expect you to have:

  • Educational background in engineering, business administration or a related field
  • B-to-B sales and software business awareness
  • Experience in solution sales, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industries
  • Experience in intralogistics business, technical and/or consultative role
  • Capability to generate new leads and close sales
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Teamwork attitude
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills


As a person, you are results-driven with a demonstrated desire to build up long-term relationships. You need to be a self-starter making proactive plans and putting them into action.
