About the role

Join our team at Rogers Motors in Lewiston, Idaho, where we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Parts Professional at our Toyota dealership. Our team is made up of motivated, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who thrive on building long-lasting relationships with clients. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for doing what's right for our customers and community.

Rogers Motors is a family-owned business that has proudly supported our local community for over 50 years. We offer comprehensive training, mentoring, coaching, and full support to help you succeed. As part of our team, you will enjoy benefits like medical and dental coverage, paid vacation, a 401(k), and more. We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity, drug-free employer, and require a background check and drug test for applicants, along with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

As a Parts Professional, you will engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and through our shop, bringing our passion for service and knowledge to every interaction. If you have experience in automotive parts or customer service, we would love to chat with you!

The main responsibilities include keeping our counters organized, managing inventory, staying updated on new products, and taking part in available training. At the front counter, you'll assist walk-in customers with their parts needs, suggest complementary items, handle phone inquiries, and manage orders for shipment or pick-up. At the rear counter, you'll work closely with service technicians, manage part orders, and ensure timely communication with customers and service advisors.

We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and a friendly, professional attitude. Prior experience is a must!

This role is physically active and involves moving around shelves, reaching for parts, and standing for much of the day. You may also encounter various materials and noise in the service area. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodation to support individuals with disabilities in performing these essential duties.

If you’re ready to contribute to our team and continue the successful culture we've built, we’d be thrilled to hear from you!
