<li> Implement speech therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed SLP </li>
<li> Provide therapy services to patients across various age groups </li>
<li> Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams </li>
<li> Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements </li>
<li> Support a positive, patient-centered care environment </li>
<li> Continue developing clinical skills and meeting continuing education requirements </li>

<li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li> Highly organized with excellent attention to detail </li>
<li> Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively </li>

<li> Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders </li>
<li> Active Texas SLPA license </li>
<li> Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance </li>
