<strong>Customer Service Representative<br>Rocky Mountain Bottled Water – Littleton, CO</strong><br> <strong>Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour | In-Person | Monday–Friday | Day Shift<br> <br></strong>Rocky Mountain Bottled Water, a locally owned and family-operated company based in Littleton, CO, is seeking a <strong>Full-Time Customer Service Representative</strong> to join our in-house team. We are a close-knit organization of approximately 45 employees dedicated to providing top-quality service and products to our community.<br> <br> <strong>Schedule: </strong>

<li>Monday through Friday</li>
<li>8 hours per day</li>
<li>On-site position (not remote)</li>
</ul><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner</li>
<li>Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns</li>
<li>Perform accurate data entry</li>
<li>Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure excellent customer experience</li>
<li>Assist with additional office support tasks as needed</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous customer service experience</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li>
<li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li>
<li>Knowledge of routing/logistics is a plus</li>
