Group Product Manager

Position Overview: You will manage a team of 2-3 Product Managers/Business Analysts and perform individual contributor responsibilities consistent with those of a Senior Product Manager. As part of the Product team, you will deliver customer and business value by defining, prioritising, planning and executing the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions that align with Rockwell's organisational goals and product strategy. You will report to the VP, Product Management. Your Responsibilities: - Lead and grow a team of product managers. - Collaborate with the Product Managers/Owners on your team, as well as UI/UX Designers, Engineers, Technical Writers, and Project Managers to build best-in-class products and lead these initiatives through to completion. - Be accountable for successful delivery of roadmap and customer success initiatives, synthesizing near and long-term needs across a diverse landscape of manufacturing SaaS offerings. The Essentials - You Will Have: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience - Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 25%.
