Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner Job Description: Roche Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support our talent acquisition strategy and operations in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning end-to-end talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical and specialized roles, driving strategic programs to build talent pipeline, and partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide talent solutions. Responsibilities: - Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized and mission-critical roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes - Develop and drive strategic talent sourcing and pipelining programs to proactively build a diverse pool of qualified candidates - Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide talent solutions - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Implement talent acquisition best practices and metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process - Collaborate with HR colleagues to build an employer brand and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multinational organization - Strong understanding of talent sourcing and assessment techniques - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills - Proficient in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and HR information systems - Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage - Willingness to travel within the region as required
