P&C Technology Workday Product Manager

As the P&C Technology Workday Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Workday product strategy, roadmap, and implementation within Roche's HR function. You will work closely with the HR and IT teams to understand business requirements, define the product vision, and drive the implementation and adoption of Workday across Roche globally. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the product strategy, roadmap, and features for Workday to support Roche's HR priorities - Collaborating with the HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into product features - Managing the Workday product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery - Overseeing the Workday implementation and ongoing enhancements, ensuring smooth integration with other HR and IT systems - Driving user adoption and change management, providing training and support to the HR teams - Continuously monitoring the Workday product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating for enhancements - Staying up-to-date with Workday product updates, industry trends, and best practices
