About the role

Aligned with our sustainability mindset and inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), we have launched the internship programme Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS). With this programme we want to provide students around the globe the opportunity to work and experiment on innovative ideas in a safe and supportive environment. Together with some of the most innovative thinkers in the industry and other #IP2TIS interns, you could contribute to solving real challenges around Science, Technology, Society and, the main theme Sustainability that have the potential to shape the future. My goal is for our company to operate and grow in harmony with nature and society, not at their expense. André Hoffmann Vice-Chairman of the Board of Roche Holding Ltd What we offer: Being a part of our global programme, you will not only gain industry experience by working on game-changing projects, but also become a member of a global community that engages in impactful activities such as leader talks and get exposure among our senior leaders during the presentation of your project results at the Internship Summit. Next enrollment period: March 2025 Who we are looking for:Passionate, motivated, and forward-thinking Bachelor, Master, and MBA students, either enrolled at a university/business school or those in a gap year before starting a PhD. Start Date: Between the 1st and 16th of July. Duration of the programme:3-6 months, depending on the location of the position. During these months, we offer a unique curriculum and firsthand insights into our fascinating world of science, technology, and sustainability.
