Key Responsibilities
- Drill Operation:
Operate crawler-mounted ROC drilling rigs safely for ground consolidation and geotechnical applications.
- Site Preparation:
Ensure proper positioning, leveling, and stabilization of the drilling rig on uneven, sloped, or challenging terrains following safety protocols.
- Precision Drilling:
Execute drilling as per project specifications, maintaining required hole alignment, depth, and angle.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Conduct daily inspections, routine maintenance (lubrication, oil/hydraulic checks), and handle minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance:
Follow all site safety standards, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ROC or hydraulic surface drilling
- Hands-on experience in crawler-mounted drilling rigs
- Ability to work in challenging terrains and site conditions
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Understanding of safety procedures and site protocols
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Geo-technical works (grouting, slope stabilization, piling, etc.)
- Team coordination and communication skills
