Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and operations.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements using data-driven insights and user research.
Monitor key product metrics and performance, implementing improvements based on analytics and feedback.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in digital product delivery.
Benchmark industry trends and emerging technologies to drive digital innovation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in insurance, fintech, or a digital-first industry.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, digital platforms, and customer experience design.
Proven experience managing web and mobile digital products from concept to execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
