Role Description
The Robotics Trainer will play a hands-on role in training and mentoring students on various robotics concepts and applications, including robotic welding, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include delivering structured training sessions, evaluating performance, assisting in robotics programming, and maintaining training equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Serampore-Uttarpara.
Qualifications
- Expertise in robotic systems, including Robotics and Robot programming
- Strong knowledge of Robotic Welding techniques and applications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of robotic equipment
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills to train and guide learners effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience as a robotics trainer or professional in a related role is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to teaching and managing challenges
