Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune District for a Robotics Trainer. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on robotics and STEM training sessions for students across various grade levels. Key tasks include preparing and delivering technical training content, assisting in the design of customized programs, troubleshooting and maintaining robotic equipment, and guiding students through project-based learning experiences. The trainer will also be responsible for ensuring safety during training sessions and providing feedback to improve the learning process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Robotics concepts and hands-on experience with robotic systems
- Experience with Robotic Welding and Robot operation
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance procedures for robotic equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively teaching and mentoring students
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to robotics and technical equipment
- Background in STEM education, engineering, or related fields is a plus
- Adaptability to work on-site and engage with students directly in the Pune District
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
