Qwings™ takes responsibility for setting up, managing, and upgrading STEM labs while ensuring high-quality education solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Trainer focusing on real-life application-based learning through 21st-century skills such as Coding, Robotics, and IoT at the school level in Bardez. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging STEM-focused sessions, training and mentoring students in coding, robotics, and IoT concepts, designing learning modules and activities, and supporting the implementation and operation of STEM labs. The trainer will also assist with evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching and applying Coding, Robotics, and IoT concepts
- Strong instructional and communication skills for effectively engaging with school-level students
- Experience in curriculum development, designing educational modules, and training materials
- Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and maintain STEM lab operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Education with a STEM focus
- Prior experience in a similar teaching or training role is an advantage, but not mandatory
