Role Description The Robotics Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality robotics training to learners and educators through virtual sessions, workshops, and structured courses. This role includes designing and updating robotics curricula, creating practical learning modules, and demonstrating robotics concepts in an accessible and engaging way. The Robotics Trainer will guide participants through hands-on activities, oversee safe operation of robotic systems, and provide support in troubleshooting common issues. The role also involves collaborating with instructional designers and technical teams, documenting best practices, and continuously improving training materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Robotics, including principles of robotic systems and applications.
- Hands-on skills in Robotic Welding and Robot operation for instructional and demonstration purposes.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance on robotic equipment and training setups.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in technical or STEM subjects, preferably robotics or automation.
- Comfort with remote instruction tools, learning platforms, and digital collaboration technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience in robotics, engineering, or related fields.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and continuous professional development in emerging technologies.
