Role Description
The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions in robotics and related technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Daily responsibilities include instructing students, assisting with robotic projects, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance on equipment, and guiding students in innovative problem-solving. Collaboration with team members to refine curriculum and ensure student success will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Robotics and Robot operations
- Proficiency in Robotic Welding and related applications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving robotic system issues
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance for robotic equipment
- Strong ability to communicate concepts effectively and teach hands-on skills
- Good organizational skills and a commitment to fostering student growth
- Experience in STEM education is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
