Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate our technical projects in India. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Responsibilities Manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of program objectives. Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and senior leadership. Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring transparency and accountability. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or project management in a technology environment. Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
