Job Title: Robotics Trainer – STEM Education
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience
Travel Allowance: Provided separately for school visits
Salary: Upto 30,000 IH
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics Trainer who is excited to promote STEM education among school students. The selected candidate will be responsible for training both teachers and students across schools in Mumbai (Western Line), helping them understand and apply STEM concepts through practical Robotics and Arduino-based models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging training sessions in assigned schools to educate students and teachers on STEM kits and Robotics models.
• Demonstrate and explain Arduino coding and its applications using hands-on learning tools.
• Support teachers with implementation techniques and ensure students grasp concepts through interactive activities.
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with the project coordinator and internal teams.
• On non-training days, participate in brainstorming sessions with the Embedded Systems Team to co-develop new models and improve existing training content.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Arduino coding, C-Coding, C++, Python basic electronics, and robotics.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching/training preferred; with strong technical background
• Good communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within Mumbai (separate travel allowances will be provided).
• Passionate about education, innovation, and hands-on learning.

Working Days and Hours
Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Shift Hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm
