We’re Hiring: Robotics & STEAM Trainer
Most classrooms teach concepts.
Very few teach students how to apply them.
At Care Cubs, we are building the next generation of Composite Skill Labs (CSL) inside schools where students explore Robotics, AI, Coding, IoT, 3D Printing and hands-on STEAM learning.
We’re creating environments where students don’t just study concepts…

As we scale across multiple cities, we are now looking for Robotics & STEAM Trainers who can bring this vision alive inside classrooms.
Role: Robotics & STEAM Trainer
📍 Locations: Tricity | Ambala | Baddi | Mandi | Dharampur | Patna, Gaya
🏫 Work Type: On-site (School-based)
👨💻 Experience: Freshers welcome | Teaching/Training experience preferred
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹5 - 6 LPA (based on experience and fit)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver hands-on Robotics & STEM sessions in schools
• Conduct demo classes & workshops for students and school stakeholders
• Guide students in building real projects (RC cars, IoT models, basic AI, etc.)
• Ensure concept + application clarity (not just assembly)
• Manage classroom energy, discipline and engagement
• Support curriculum delivery aligned with STEAM & experiential learning
What We’re Really Looking For
✔️ B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics / Robotics / AI / Mechatronics or related fields
✔️ Strong conceptual understanding + practical exposure
✔️ Ability to explain complex ideas in simple ways
✔️ Confidence to handle a classroom (this is not a lab-only role)
✔️ High ownership mindset, not someone who waits for instructions
✔️ Willingness to travel between partner schools

This is not a comfortable 9–5 teaching job.
You’ll be:
- Standing in front of 25–40 students
- Managing noise, curiosity, and chaos
- Fixing broken circuits mid-class
- Answering unexpected questions
- Delivering outcomes — not just sessions
