About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Junior Robotics Sales Executive to support our Robotics and Industrial Automation business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, generating leads, supporting technical sales activities, and promoting robotic automation solutions to manufacturing industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and interest in Industrial Robotics, Automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new leads from manufacturing industries.
- Support senior sales engineers in business development activities.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and schedule meetings/presentations.
- Promote Industrial Robotics and Automation solutions to potential customers.
- Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable automation solutions.
Customer Coordination
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution discussions.
- Support customers during proposal and commercial discussions.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
Technical Sales Support
- Learn basic robotic applications and automation concepts.
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers and presentations.
- Support product demonstrations and online/offline meetings.
- Maintain customer database and sales pipeline updates.
Market Research & Reporting
- Study market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities in automotive, electronics, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to management.
Required Skills
