Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics Trainer located in Darbhanga, Patna and Samastipur. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive robotics and STEM education sessions for students. Daily tasks will include preparing lesson plans, delivering hands-on workshops, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing preventive maintenance for robotics equipment. The trainer will also collaborate with school staff to customize programs that meet the unique needs of students across various grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on robotics and STEM workshops in schools
- Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes
- Demonstrate robotics concepts using practical activities and tools
- Troubleshoot technical issues during sessions
- Perform preventive maintenance on robotics kits and equipment
- Collaborate with school staff to customize training programs
- Support students during competitions, exhibitions, and project work
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with students and school staff
- Experience in teaching or training roles is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, microcontrollers, or programming
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students in STEM
