About Tinkerschool
Tinkerschool is a future-focused engineering academy where students don't just build robots—they learn real engineering.
We teach Robotics, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Programming, AI, IoT, and Automation using industry-standard platforms like Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and STM32. Our goal is to create innovators and problem-solvers through hands-on learning rather than plug-and-play kits.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who love technology, enjoy working with children, and are eager to build a career in STEM education.
No teaching experience is required—we'll train you.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics (EEE)
- Mechatronics
- Robotics
- Mechanical
- Computer Science / IT
- Instrumentation
- 2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred
- Must currently reside in Pune or be willing to relocate immediately
- Good communication skills
- Passion for robotics, electronics, programming, or STEM education
Responsibilities
- Teach robotics and engineering concepts to school students.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using Arduino, sensors, motors, and embedded systems.
- Guide students in building innovative projects.
- Prepare classroom materials and maintain lab equipment.
- Support workshops, competitions, and events.
- Continuously learn new technologies and improve teaching methods.
