Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics Instructor based in Chennai. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging robotics and design thinking lessons to students of various age groups, conducting hands-on training sessions integrating STEM concepts, teaching programming basics, and fostering critical thinking through robotics projects. The instructor will also play a key role in guiding and mentoring students for robotics events and competitions while contributing to curriculum development and training plans.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Robotics and hands-on experience with robotics kits and tools
- Experience with Programming languages related to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, or similar)
- Strong background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Training experience and the ability to design and deliver interactive lessons
- Effective Communication skills to connect with students, explain concepts, and provide clear instructions
- Passion for teaching and fostering a love for robotics and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Prior experience working in an educational or training environment is an advantage
