Role Description The Robotics Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu. The instructor will design and deliver robotics and STEM lessons, conduct hands-on workshops, and guide learners through practical projects using robotics kits and programming tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, setting up classroom equipment, explaining concepts in an accessible way, and providing one-on-one support to learners. The role involves assessing learner progress, maintaining training materials, and collaborating with the team to improve curricula and teaching methods. The instructor will also participate in demonstrations, competitions, and outreach activities to promote robotics education.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and practical STEM education.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for teaching, presenting, and engaging with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and instructional skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to robotics platforms (e.g., block-based coding, Python, or similar).
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring school or college-level learners in robotics or STEM subjects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jammu, manage equipment safely, and follow institutional policies and guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, patience, and enthusiasm for technology and education.
