Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Robotics Engineer, Robotics Lead & Educator. The individual will design and implement robotics-based solutions, develop and test automation processes, and collaborate with the team to integrate software systems into robotics applications. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students in robotics, guiding them through projects, fostering innovation, and facilitating workshops and training sessions to develop critical skills in robotics and software. Leading educational initiatives and engaging with stakeholders to improve learning outcomes will also be part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation
- Strong Analytical Skills for performing problem-solving and systems optimization
- Experience in Software Development, with an understanding of coding and programming languages relevant to robotics
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and teaching
- Ability to mentor and inspire students with a passion for innovation and education
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields(optional, we want potential)
- Experience in leading projects or teams, particularly in technology-oriented environments, is advantageous
